This is our signing frame with our engagement picture.  I REALLY REALLY want to do this but can't find a mat like that!!! Where did you get yours from?

go to an art or office supply store and buy some matte bord, and they can cut it to whatever size you need, taking art in college I had to cut matte bord daily, and then you can choose the color you want and how big you want the opening for the photo, you could go for a really small photo and a large piece of matte if you have a lot of guests, or vice versa.

I found our 8 x10 photo frame & mat at DOLLARAMA! lol and it's got alot of white space, only a 3x5 picture will go in it.
