| So DH and I started house shopping this weekend. We went to an open house and saw a strange thing. They had sinks in 3/4 bedrooms. We went to another one where the people had done no stageing at all. Clothes were all over the unmade bed and a flosser was laying on the coffee table.

| I have DEFINITELY smelled some horrible things in open houses, etc. I have also seen ones with walls/ceilings that are yellow from smoking in the house...ewwww! Good luck with the hunt!
Moved into our first home July 25th, 2008! Got married on August 23rd, 2008 in New Brunswick! BEST. PARTY. EVER.
Now just renovating the house.

I dont know about shopping for a house, but I know when we were selling our house someone stole a BRAND NEW pair of pants, tags still attached, right out of my closet!@!!!!

oh my god, when we went house shopping, we walked through an empty house that had been foreclosed on. They must have loved the colour purple, because the carpet throughout the WHOLE house was mauve, the kitchen floor was laminate with purple in it, the counter was purple, the walls were all different shades of purple! There was even leftover soap on the sink that was purple. The only rooms that weren't purple was 1 bedroom in the basement that was oil-based lime green, and a hot pink bathroom. We laughed a lot walking through it...

| lol ya and that stupid realator not ONLY didn't walk through with potential buyers, but he also didn't have anyone sign the register so we had NO idea who did it! FIRED! lol
