| People I know put their house on the market in April, but it was priced too high. I have always loved that house and it would be perfect for me and DH. I have always told the homeowners that if they ever sold I would love to buy it. But, they wanted too much money. Since then we missed out on another home we liked in the same area, it sold one hour before we put our bid in. :-( We were pretty upset. But today my dream home was reduced...again. And is now in our price range. We are going this week to take a look. My husband hasn't seen it yet, but I think all the disapointment with the other house might be worth it...I think he will love it. If he doesn't like it I won't push, but I have my fingers crossed... So maybe it is the house that we are supposed to have after all. I am trying to think with my head and not my heart, but I think its perfect for us. Everything happens for a reason, right? :-) I hope he likes it!! I love it and know it would be great for us and our future family.

| Well, we went on Tuesday to take a look. Hubby liked it, and liked it more then he thought he would, but wasn't jumping up and down. I said that was fine, but maybe just take some time to think about the place and the value in the home. And I left it at that. Cut to yesterday, he comes home from work with numbers crunched, lists drawn up of things we would have to repair or change, cost of putting in a fireplace, etc. So he has been thinking about it. We are going for a second viewing, but he is already saying things like "when we move in" and "when we put in an offer"...its a classic example of not nagging about it and just letting him come to the realization that its a good thing for us! :-) And let him think it was all his idea.... I will know more next week. I am trying not to get too excited, but its hard! I have told him that if we got for the second viewing and he still doesn't get that 'feeling' that its the spot for us, we will let it go. No sense forcing him into it.
