Morning Grumps, Busy day for you Sarah geez, makes me tired just reading it Yay Crys and Boo Liz! Katie where in NB are you getting married? I don't seem to remember. Went for our first run lastnight, I am SO out of shape. Who runs here? Will? Any suggestions, I couldn't go for more than a few minutes without dying. I felt bad for Andrew lol. We only ran for maybe 25-30 mins total. I think I'd rather do it on my own though as Andrew isn't a very positive person and sometimes the things he says make me feel inadequate...stupid boys.  Sounds like Blake...boys are all the same. Anyway, when I started running I did the running room program. I can forward it to you. Its basically interval training. And I can run 5k now. That would be great. I am going to download the podrunner as well. Think I'd be better on my own and music really motivates me. it might be the same idea...only minus the music

Maybe I'll try podrunner too....hmmmm Where do I get it? I'll be downloading it lol, do you have and program like that? I use demonoid. If I can find it maybe I can burn you a copy

| Nancy I will do it tonight. I could not find the cord for my mobile to connect to the computer.....Plus I am going back this week the lady who helped me try it on the first time, she had cut her finger a day before and then her bandaid fell off and then she bled onto the inside of my dress because she was pinning it at top, because I have lost so much weight / inches the dress is too big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Irina was sent to the cleaners and should be back today or tomorrow...I told them I wasn't going to pay for the rest until it was clean!!! Lily
