Most wedding dresses have tons of support in them already, as well as "boning" in the bodice (bascially a built in corset/bustier), so in many cases you don't necessarily need a super-duper supportive bra, if one at all.

I'm small-chested, so I don't know what I could recommend bra-wise (just 'cause I haven't had to look for that). I would assume any underwire bra would work just fine though. My dress has the boning in the bodice, and built in boob-cups, and I'm just wearing a basic, flesh-tone, strapless bra.

Undies-wise, just breathable cotton panties, then my crinoline to give my dress some pouf.

I'm not wearing a bra under my dress because I got some fake boob padding built into my dress. I'll probably be wearing some lacy, sexy panties underneath.

i wore comfy boy cut nude undies and a baby blue bustier. i had to get some "chicken fillets"for the bustier though-couldn't lase the dress as tight as i needed due to being 24weeks along and i was soo scared the dress would fall off-got em on ebay for $6 with shipping and no problems!

I plan on wearing something like this:

or possibly something like this:

to nip and tuck everything into a pleasant shape.  Not very sexy, but it takes all those lumps and turns them into curves.  They don't have a reputation for comfort, but I find them quite comfortable and they really make you feel slimmer and sexier.
