Sherri,

I'm sorry I made you cry. But I'm happy that you've applied what I've said to other aspects of your life, like the house and that it's helped you cope through it all.  And congrats on the conditional sale!!! Yay!!!

As for writing a book ----that's on my agenda after I have a baby. There has to be a happy ending, after all!

The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness.

Making the decision to have a child-it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.

The mother's heart is the child's schoolroom.

To understand a mother's love, bear your own children.

Mother is the name for God on the lips& in the hearts of little children.

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.

Mrs. M and loving it!!!

Hey Mrs. M, I don't know if you ever looked at it when I recommended it back before the boards crashed, but I LOVE this woman's blog - www.alittlepregnant.com  This woman went through years of infertility, multiple treatments (IUIs, IVFs), miscarriages, etc. and finally had a healthy baby boy and is now pregnant with her second.  She is absolutely the wittiest blogger I have ever encountered and extremely insightful as well.  She reminds me of you.

I did read it Kiwi - I admit, I found her site a bit confusing though in that I'd read something and then trying to find the continuation of it was difficult. Maybe there were issues with her site at that time - not sure. I did enjoy what I read though and I totally related to her journey. I was pleased to read she'd had a baby and I'm happy to hear she's having #2 now!!

It is a weird site to navigate - you have to click on "archives" and go back by date to see the early parts of her story.

I fricken love coming in here

It's like this little secret place where I come to and everyone, for the most part, is going through the same stuff, and just when I feel like there's no one out there that gets what I'm going through I can come here, and read everyones things and realise that you guys know EXACLTY what I'm going though, and manage to put it much better into words then me.

Last night DH and I were at the grocery store, waiting in line and I said to DH "I'm so happy I have the girls online who can help me through this"  And it's true.  It's a lot less explanation as to why I'm upset or as to what's going on, and I won't get the standard "It'll happen when it happens" or "just relax"....which can be true, but coming from friends who aren't trying/going through this, I feel it's the safe answer for them to reply with instead of are you trying this or trying that or maybe it's this or maybe it's that...  I'm a worrier and I like to plan, so I'm not sure that there is a total relaxed version of me, but I like to find out all the different things that I can, so I can kind of have an idea of what is going on.

Also we haven't told any family that we're TTC (his mom thinks we should wait until we're the "same age as DH's sister was, 'cos she's such a good mom...blah blah blah....", so it's like here I can be really happy about TTC and really sad to and share stuff and try to be support to all of you as we ride the rollercoaster that is life.  I would tell my mom, but she'd just be asking all the time if there's any good news, so it's easier to sort of not "dissapoint" her along with us each month it's a negative....

Thanks for being there/here, even when you really don't know that you're doing anything

Aww, Aaron, that was so sweet   I feel exactly the same way - I swear, being able to come and speak/vent/speculate freely here (in a way I can't always do with people IRL) has kept me sane many times over the last little while.  It is always so nice to feel like I am not crazy and I'm not alone - that there are people out there who understand exactly what its like in a way that someone who isn't at this stage in their life (or hasn't been for a long time) just can't.  So with that in mind,  I also want to extend a big warm fuzzy thank you to all the ladies here
