I don't really know if it actually did anything, but I was preggers my 2nd month of trying. I layed with my bum in the air afterwards for about 15-30 mins 
I didn't do this and got pregnant my second cycle as well. I get UTIs so as soon as we are done, I get up and go pee. They also say not to use lube as it creates a "hostile" environment for sperm (unless its preseed) and we always used our normal KY lube- and I still got pregnant!

Our timing was bang-on, which I think was the biggest thing for us. Then we just relaxed and had fun - LOL, in the living room, actually. It was only our second month trying, though, and I'm pretty sure we missed the "ideal" window the first time around.

our sweet little Owen Thomas arrived October 23, 2008!

| I dont' know about positions but I have a feeling that this is what helped me and 2 of my best friends who were also TTC and we all got pregnant within 2 months of eachother: We did an herbal cleanse -actually it's called the "Wildrose Detox" and it's unreal! I would recommend it anyday!!!

| for us it wasn't really so much about position. It was about knowing when I was ovulating and using preseed. The big thing that I attest to getting pregnant was reading taking charge of your fertility. Until i read that I was pretty clueless on knowing how my body works. After reading the book in February, we got pregnant in March.
Married the Best Man on Land or Sea on Sept 29/07 and expecting a Pink Princess on or around Dec 7/08!!!! Also known as Pinky!!!

Soo funny this came up, b/c our friend was just telling us how HIS MOM told him if you want to have a boy you have to do it from behind.. (the topic apparently came up b/c the guy's sister is about to have a baby and they were talking about the sex and if you can control it, lol! And it gets better.. the same mom is good friend's w/ FMIL, who told her the same story, who then shared it w/ me at my shower, knowing that we're going to TTC after we get married.. ahaha..  A How's this for TMI? Apparently that worked in our case. We BD'd ONCE (in that position) on the LAST DAY of my fertile window (spike the next morning) and we're pg with a boy!!
Mel is a mommy! Liam joined us Sepember 15, 2008 FINALLY going to be MRS L October 3rd, 2009!! 3 year engagements SUCK.
