Ok, so lonnng story short, I am lacking an income that I had expected to be making right about now, and have very little money to buy gifts for my BMs. Every gift idea I see is upwards of $75 (at least) but I have 6 girls, and Cannot afford to spend that much money. I realize that they have spent lots of money on all the BM duties and so I need some great gifts, but I need them to be affordable.

Any ideas?

Gold hoops from Walmart probably under $25

A nice set of make up brushes in a case

Manicure set

Make them something (I make jewellery)

Silver picture frame

Hit businesses going out of business you might find some bargins

Don't buy the girls the same things, buy for their tastes but around the same price range

Make a scrapbook (just start one)

Check out ebay (good deals if you look carefully)

Burn a CD with photos

Do little gift baskets with stuff they like, movie rental, popcorn, etc.  lipstick, eye cream, etc.

Books on subjects they like

Prints I know there are prints you can get from webshots.com I got some cool ones from Japan

Just some ideas

What about photobooks of you and your BM's over the years.  You can get them for under 40 bucks each and you can personalize them as you want.  I am making one for my sister for a Christmas gift.  I showed it to my mom and it made her cry!!

You could do something like a magazine subscription, pay for a mani/pedi ($45range), gift baskets (that you put together) with a bottle of wine, some teas etc. I am thinking of giving my girls a spa coupon for a massage that we can use the day before or day of ($50). There are tons of great and affordable gifts, I would stay away from "traditional" gifts from wedding stores/magazines and go for something fun and different, even a day at Wonderland is only $35 if you buy the ticket from an outside location. Good luck!

I love the idea of a magazine subscription...
