So need some dog advice.....

looks like the FIL and MIL will be going away for at least 6-8 wks in December.  The have a 4yr old Pitbull.

more than likely she'll come and stay w/ us.....

she does have a crate....and is used to getting walked 1 a day...... but b/c I'll be home I can take her out more than that.

But is she gonna mark her territory? destroy my house? piss everyone? She is very well behaved Fil has trained her well. But will she behave the same for me?

Not sure if anyone answered this yet.  It depends on how territorial she is, and if she is the alpha dog.  You just have to make sure you show her who's boss from day 1.  if she tries to act out, and you put her in her place she will be fine. But by the sounds of it you shouldn't have any problems.  She'll probably sit at the front door for the most part waiting for her mommy to come get her.

Sorry you got up early Sarah but at least you don't have to suffer at work.

This is true

Although there are days that I would gladly trade being at work for being home with my monsters kids.

That's why I have a puppy.    And I would gladly be home with her than at work.
