Hahaha...add me to this club!! FH and i are getting married this november 1st and definitely definitely want kids...but...we aren't living together until after we are married so we both agree that it would be nice to have a year or two of JUST the two of us before we have kids......FH only wants to wait 1 year but......close family of ours is getting married in august 2010 and we are both in their wedding party so..i dont want to be pregnant or JUST had a kid so we agreed that we can start trying early summer 2010 because then even if it did happen i wont be showing for their wedding......so....we do know a TIME when we want to start trying...and im in the same boat...i quit socially smoking about 2 years ago and fh quit last september...i have definitely started taking better care of myself starting with my diet and making sure i dont do the "coffee for breakfast and lunch" thing like i did so often when im busy at work.....soo funny because i too have also started taking my vitamines daily...hehehe...my omega 3 and my daily mutivitamine...so....ya....i'm not gonna lie...if it accidentally happened sooner than that after the wedding..i wouldnt be upset at all..hehe..We LOVE kids and cannot wait to have them!!!

| Add me in. We just got married June 21st and I want to start NOW. However, DH is a bit slower in getting used to the idea of having a child (it too him 10 years to marry me. lol). I am definately not waiting that long for a baby. I took my last BCP on Saturday. Soo exciting. Doesn't mean we'll TCC right away, I just want to learn my cycle and more about my body "chemical" free. But if something happens then I can't say I'll be disappointed. I'm also taking my vitamins and folic acid on regular basis and eating well and excersizing regularly. I know this sounds weird but I can't believe I am finally "grown-up" enough to plan having a baby. It doesn't seem real.

I would say I have been comign to this part of CB for the past year. DH and I really want children, but have had to deal with medial problems. we are now just waiting until I find a good job, and have a few months to pay down some debt. ~ Alli xoxo

Thanks ladies...I wouldn't get too excited.. I'm still healing down there (and now with the whole "might be some left over placenta" thing happening) ..so the thing we have to do to get preggo...just isn't happening! But maybe in a couple months. I might be crazy...
BABY #2 ALREADY?? HOLY CRAP!!!! A Child - not until you hold one on your lap do you realize your entire world can fit into your arms

I've been hanging out here since I got married last summer, so it's been a while. My last BCP willbe August 9th, but we're not sure on when we're actually going to TTC. At first it was in September, but lately we've really liked our alone time (eventhough we've lived together for 5 years). We also just bought a house that we love so with a baby, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it as much as we are now. But then we think how awesome it would be to start a family. So if it happens when it happens, we'll be happy. I've already started to take Folic acid and Multivitamins. I eat pretty well, and I do a bit of exercise, so my daily routine won't change much. I'll give an update in September!

So, i have been hanging out more and more in this section since DH and I got married. We were orginally going to start TTC after the wedding, but decided that we should maybe reduce our debt a little before we did, so that we could possibly avoid a appearnce on till debt do us part after the baby was born...lol We have decided to hold off till early fall or so. I was just wondering how many off us are hanging out here but not actually TTC yet! and why are you just thinking about it at this point?? Do you have a time yet when you will, or when you will at least talk about it again? DH and I are going to see where we are at the end of August/ middle of Sept and go from there. Are you doing anything now to get ready? I am getting my diet improved... which is really not an easy thing, and i am having a very hard time.
This is us to a T.
We were going to start ttc right after the wedding but decided to hold off to improve our finances, and now it just seems that we have one excuse after another.. I am in two wedding next summer, so I want to wait until then to ttc... by then we will have most of our debt paid off and my job should turn into a permanent position, rather than contract....so it looks like we will be starting some time in 2009, however I would love to start now, it just doesnt make sense for us right now....
I love lurking in this section though.. sooo much fun!
