| Here's the story...I have a pair of brown leather heels that are gorgeous and so comfy...and I really don't want to wear white ones. Do you ladies think it would be ok to wear them? The wedding is outdoors on a lake and my dress is a destination gown so pretty casual. I also don't have a huge budget so I would have to buy relatively inexpensive shoes (which I don't think I would be able to wear all night, anyway). Thanks!

| I think that is totally okay! My bridesmaids are wearing brown & pink and I was thinking about wearing pink shoes - still not sure though....I'm in the same situation....I don't have a lot of money to spend and don't want to spend a lot on something I won't wear again and make my feet hurt for days after.

| Wear what ever you'd like for shoes. No one is going to see them except for the garter toss. I'm wearing BRIGHT BRIGHT red pumps..and then changing into my orange chucks for the reception.

| I'm wearing low gold strappy sandals that I originally bought on impulse and later realized they would be good for the wedding. I know they're comfortable because I wore them to new year's eve and to work once.

Yeah go for it! Shoes are shoes! If they're comfy and look hot-ass, why not?
