Good info SofaQueen, thanks!

I think you're inspired me to eat some ice cream tonight, LOL!

It's exciting to think we can eat ice cream and it's good for you, but it's all in moderation and only one or two servings.  I think a serving would only be about one cup.  Hopefully, I haven't disappointed you.

CD 36, and my temps have been lower for the past 4 or 5 days, so today Fertility Friend took the dashed cross-hairs estimating ovulation off of my chart and told me they could no longer estimate ovulation according to my chart. This is what I figured, as I havent seen any ovulation signs myself. I am anovulatory right now! BOO!

It's still just my second (LOOOONG) cycle off of the pill, so all I can do is wait and hope eventually (soon..) my body will regulate itself.

I get SO bloated though the longer AF stays away it seems. I seriously look 5 mos pregnant by the end of the day. Anyone else experience this? In the morning I am back to flat(-ish!) tummy...

I am on cd 67 and for the past week I have been experiencing ovulation signs (high/soft cervical position, ewcm, and even nausea and heartburn (which I googled and found a few women do experience around ovulation)) but still no temp spike. It is getting so frustrating because each morning I wake up thinking "this should be the morning that my temp spikes" and then I look at the thermometer and my temp is ever lower than normal. I am not sure what the heck this means but I am getting so tired of it.

Oh right, I also wanted to add thanks to SofaQueen for the book recommendation. That book sounds very interesting and I will definitely look for it.

Your welcome for the book recommendation.

Don't worry about not O yet.  I had a 120 day cycle when I was charting and I did O eventually.  After that I have a 55 day cycle with no O.  Now I'm waiting, and waiting.........

LONG CYCLES SUCK!!!!!!

I just want AF to arrive! But I think I am in for another 51 day cycle like last time, I just dont feel like she's arriving anytime soon.

I am thinking I'll go visit my doctor next cycle just to give him the heads up about what's going on... maybe he'll feel like running some tests to see if I have any other issues other than just coming off bcps....
