this is sorta what my ring looks like, the ony diff is it looks like under the diamonds its a heard shape. my doesnt have that, other then that, looks just like my ring

I agree with the "wow $5000" comment. Say that, it should shut her up for a while.
And in retrospective, I don't think that bigger is better in some cases. If you like your ring that is all that matters. I have a friend who is EXACTLY the same way. Everything is a competition. Which is dumb, but if she thinks $5000 is a lot for a ring, reminder her that there are people out there that spend upwards of $25,000 for a ring and if she thinks that she needs to out do you, understand that she is just making herself look very dumb. She's insecure because she doesn't have a ring and you do.

It's gorgeous! I haven't seen a 3 stone ring with the extra bling on either side before. It's really very beautiful.
