missymiss1: Having had the hardest time finding a DJ on our "modest" budget I hope I can help.

I found that for the "whole ball of wax" it was about 1500.  For something like ours with 1 light from 3 pm to 1 am - $865.00 - we went pretty no frills.  The lighting and what not isn't that important to us.

PM me if you would like some contact name and numbers.

Holy Cow Nicotina....you're killing me!!! We paid $850.00 for ours...same hours as yours and with one light!  (LOL).  Hate all that smoke and special effects that they have.  Plain and simple.

We paid $825 for no frills.  I think we get 8 hours, 1 light.  I talked them down from their initial quote of like $1100, using the "my wedding is in November - the offseason" bit.

$800.00 no lighting though.  6pm-1am.  I think he's really good too.  Well worth it.
