Seems like a good plan! I'd say rent too until you find a great place because the market here is pretty crappy. We are watching the market daily to see where it's going because hopefully we'll be able to buy in the next couple years.

Stace are there any neighbours where you're living that could be references? They usually just want to know if you're the partying type or stay at home type I believe.Yeah, I'm sure we could get our one neighbour. Think if Jordan flashes his badge it would help?
