| Morning ladies!!! so....we have an issue..not sure how to deal with it....fh's truck broke down on wednesday...we just replaced the transmition....thought maybe it was related to that....the mechanic calls us and said.....did you fill your car with gas before this happened?? FH says yes...turns out...the well known gas station where he filled us was filled with bad gas and whatever he pumped into his car was not gas at all...in fact...the mechanic has no clue what it is...so..he called the customer service and they took his number...said they are doing an investigation and that he will be compensated.......damn right...cause i AM NOT paying for the damage done.....mechanic says he needs a new fuel pump..things need to be replaced ect...... heres my issue..i did a little reasearch and found out this well known gas station has had this happen...twice at least before i can find articles on the internet about it......2...not including the 1 this time...AND...they have done the same thing the last 2 times...they do not do any recalls or warn people about it..they just wait to see what happens...i also found out...they "compensated" them by giving them free airmiles or gas...NOT paying for the damages......it said most were left to pay for them on their own......this cannot happen...we cannot pay for this...its going to cost a fortune......someone mentioned we should get a lawyer to protect ourselves because they are going to try and f us over.......but....is that extream??? the other problem is...we want this bill paid soon....not 9 months from now when they decide to help us.......im very confused and stressed and with a wedding in 2 months......im not sure i want to deal with all this....what should we do??????????????

| Morning ladies Chulie that sucks! I would contact a lawyer and ask for advice, or call Silverman Helps or something like that. I agree that the gas station should be paying for the damages, not you. Also, I would send a letter to the owner of the gas station stating that if you are not compensated immediately for all damages, you will be pursuing legal action. Sign it, date it and send it registered mail so you get a signature of receipt. Tasha - CONGRATS!!!!! The house is gorgeous! When do you get it? Are you thrilled??? I bet you are! Morning everyone else. Am excited about meeting Grizz and Crys today!!!!
