| great review i'm thinking about this venue for the summer of 2010. Any other details you can include if there anything you would of added or done differently regarding the venue?

great review i'm thinking about this venue for the summer of 2010. Any other details you can include if there anything you would of added or done differently regarding the venue?
One big plus:
Because our wedding was delayed because of the rain they opened the bar the entire time and severed Apps. So instead of being open from 5-1am. it was open from 3 - 1pm 
The hot/cold Apps are AMAZING and so is the dinner. People were so full they barley touched the Dessert table. So if you are having around 100-125 people stick with the Small Fruit/Dessert table. We also added cheese and a dessert wine but it was just too much food. We took home a couple boxes of sweets.
Couple things I would somewhat complain about was upset about:
1. Book as soon as possible as you may miss out on the day you want and also the prices will most likely go up2. If you book the tent, I should warn you that there were a TON of mosquitos. My foot was covered in red spots for a week. Same with our guests too. because of this I would have booked the indoor hall. Also the dancing floor wasnt the nicest in the tent, it was rented from some company and luckly we checked it out before our wedding because they had peices of duct tape holding down parts of the floor.
3. Make sure any DETAILS you want that you tell them over and over again and make sure they listen. For our wedding cake we had Three flavours and they only served the one because they did not listen or read what we put down. Also they melted the cake by leaving it in the tent the entire time the wedding was delayed which was about 2 hours and it was 20+ that day. I almost cried when I seen it
