We are looking to book a block of rooms downtown, as close to the CN tower as possible since our reception is at the Steam Whistle Brewery.
Apparently there is a conference the same weekend as our wedding and we are having troubles finding something under $179. Any suggestions on hotels that have been easy to work with and provide a good rate and good location???

Have you tried the holiday inn on king? or hilton toronto? both are generally in the $130 range and pretty close to steam whistle (by the way I love that as a venue). Try priceline.com, you can search "close to CN tower", it wil tell you the prices..ect as well as the exact distance to CN tower. good luck

| I too was going to suggeset the Holiday Inn on King St. I know that the SOHO is close but I can't remember how much they charge. What about the Sheridan at Queen and York streets. I work at King & Simcoe - I will take a walk at lunch (thanks for the excuse) and have a look!

Hi!
I am getting married on King West in January and I'm also looking for rooms! I got quoted $149 and Suites at King West and $139 at the Hilton.
Also the Marriott at the Eaton Centre quoted $159.
The other places aren't being a lot of help getting back to me : (
