Why is it that a few days before your wedding things start to go wrong?

I won't be on this morning, I'm getting my hair dyed, so here's a Kimcap from yesterday's thread:

What a hell of a day!!!!

Went to pick up my dress, as I'm putting it on, my mom notices a STAIN on it! The store did everything possible to get it out, they still don't know what it is. It was dark brown, then turned orange. I was nearly in tears. It's still there, they did take 100$ off the dress. Everyone says it's not that noticeable, I just KNOW it's there though.

Went to pick Saskia's dress from the seamstress, it was too tight, she has to do it over again.

Hans calls me from Moores to ask if I'd picked out bow ties instead of ties??????? NO!!!!

Can't find the stoopid flowers I used for my centerpieces anymore and the florist needs a few more to finish the head table.

My wedding shoes make me want to cry, that's how bad they hurt!

We're way OVER budget, we forgot to include so many miscellaneous items in our budget.

Hans is sick & feverish and is ready to bite my head off.

Kim, I'm sorry you're feeling so stressed and things are going wrong   I'm sure it will all pull together in the end, but I know that's not much consolation now.

I'm home this morning.  Class starts at 1.  I have a lot of dishes and stuff to catch up on, and maybe actually clean off the dining room table so the kids can do their homework

I cannot believe how exhausted I was/am.  I fell asleep at 9:15, slept through through to 6, and still woke up tired.  I'm okay now (yay for tea), but ohmygosh.  lol

Hey Grumps!! Just checking the weather before I start packing up the car.  We rented an Impala, I hope it's good on gas. It's a looooong drive.

Kim, I'm sorry you have so much *** to deal with the week before the wedding. I just know it'll all work out and you'll have a blast on Saturday.  Happy Wedding to you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ciao babes.

Morning all,

Kim - I'm sorry to hear that crappy things are happening around you right now, but just think... on Saturday it will all be worth it. You will look stunning and your husband and children will be beaming at you!

Sorry I've been a remiss Grump lately but life seems to be getting in the way I think about you guys all the time and I had a dream about Crys the other night (no, not THAT kind of dream you pervs) but we took her kids to the park and I was playing on the swings! LOL

I didn't go postal on the co-workers yesterday but I did get to leave the office for about an hour and a half so that might have had something to do with it!

If I don't get on for the rest of the day, ALL OF YOU have a great day!

Morning!

Quick question, can someone PM me the answer, I'm leaving soon?

We're doing a family sand ceremony, I was thinking this:

Hans goes first, I go next, do the kids fill it together or one by one? Hans and I are closing on top of them, do we do this together or one by one too?

Thanks for your he
