| I'm feeling really sad. My shower for this evening was cancelled ( my friend got sick). I feel awful because she is sick but I'm also sad because I was REALLY excited ( I bought a new outfit, manicure etc.) I'm not complaining I know there isnothing she can do about it and I know she feels bad too...I'm just sad I'm sure we'll reschedule but it's a rainy, gloomy, disapointing day....

Oh, that is sad. I think you should still dress up in your new outfit, and either go out for supper with your FH or just stay in and order some ooey gooey pizza (or whatever your heart desires) and still make a night of it! No need for a fabulous outfit to not get worn!

| Awwww that's not good! I'm so sorry it got cancelled and your friends sick! I'm sure she'll try and reschedule it for you! In the meantime, if I were you with a new manicure & outfit... I'd be getting my Bridal Party out to dinner or at least having FH take me out!

Thanks for all the hugs.... fh was away last night so it was me and the mutt... I am feeling better now. It was just a rainy/indoor recess/miserable day yesterday but TODAY the sun is shining!
