| HI ladies I want to try and save a few bucks...so I want to book early enough to get the resort I want, but I want to save a bit of money....$3500 for July seems a little nuts to me...when is the best time to book without booking last minute???? Should I consider booking about 3-4 months in advance or wait a little longer or book a little sooner...this is our first time, so we dont know when is the best time to book

I would wait until at least May for a July booking. I think before that they will try and charge you the high season rate. Also, keep your eyes open for seat sales.

I had originally wanted a DW however being a teacher, I could only go at school breaks. Like you, I couldn't believe how expensive it was in the summer months. So the DW is no longer!!!!

Our honeymoon is in June and we booked in December only because we were so excited and definitely did not want to miss out on the resort. As it was we had to upgrade the room for one of the resorts we are staying in because the level below was already booked. We're going to St. Lucia.
