| I posted on old board about West Indian Caterers and heard back from chrisdann asking for specifics...my fiance is Trini and I am Irish-Canadian. We would like to have Rice and Peas, Curry Chicken with Rotis, fish (probably kingsnapper) and BBQ chicken along with a few salads.
