I loved the Sirenas Coral in Varadero. The service was awesome and the food great! Plus, you had a lot of space on the beach. I really loved that the horse guys had them grazing within walking distance in a field accross the street, so we rented two horses three times during the week to gallop on the beach!  Great now I really miss it... LOL I stayed there last April and I loved it. It was my first trip to the carribean though.
