All I did for mine was open up a microsoft word document and creat a custom label (tools --> letters and mailings --> envelopes and labels --> options (drop down menu - choose custom). Then you just input your dimensions of your label and how many you want on each page, etc. Mine worked out really well this way, and then i just put my text and graphics in from there. I printed it out on Avery Sticker Project Paper and then cut them out - they turned out awesome!
