Hi Ladies,

I'd really like to make my own seating chart. Where do I start? We're having 175 guests.

Pictures please!

Here's mine:

For the table cards, I used extra rsvp cards from the invitations.  I got the heart decorations and the ring decorations at Dollarama.  The frame has a mat that came in it (15 pictures I think) so that is what I am going to use it for when I get around to making it up (only been married now for 6 months ).

I would suggest not making your seating plan until maybe 2 days before the wedding.  The final plan looked a little different as it got altered as I was getting last minute cancellations (like day before wedding!).  24 hours before the weddding I am at the computer fixing up all the mess.  Arrrrr!

This is a ROUGH DRAFT. I still have to change all of the pictures and put the guests names in it. But, this is what I'm making for my brother's wedding. I'm printing it out on my Dad's printer up north that will do 13"x19" photo paper and then eitehr putting it in a picture frame or sticking it to foam core.

2003 - We met on the internet
2004 - We got engaged at his brother's wedding
2006 - We tied the knot
2008 - Getting ready to do the next step
2009 - Want to be knocked up!

I too would like some ideas for this! This is one detail that I have had no inspiration for - I want it to be fun and original, but easy to follow...

This was ours...I got the black board from Michaels along with the ribbon and stones and printed the lists off on the computer. I LOVE how it turned out.

I made a card box to match it use the same ribbon and stones and a gift box for my sister's gift.
