| If you have a Charm Diamond Centre near you, I highly recommend them! The staff, service, quality and selection are immpecable! I got the "Royal" set and am sooo happy with it! I even got my pearl earrings and bracelet there too!

CHARM diamond centers have not been good to deal with. we bought my engagement ring from them. They said they had a matching wedding band. I ordered the matching band and when it came in it didn't match!! it was thicker and wider than my engagement ring and didn't even fit the proper curves of it. SOOOOOOOOOOOO their solution? Charge me DOUBLE the price to have one custom made , even though, my e-ring is supposed to have a matching band. I spoke to the manager and the head of the company and they all agree... that the wedding band is supposed to be the matching band but the also all agree that it obviously doesn't look right. So after weeks and weeks of being sans-engagement ring (it had to be sent of for estimates and whatnot) I am just sick and tired of dealing with them. I found a ring similar to mine at a local, smaller jewelry store and Id much rather give them my business because they aren't playing games.

I forgot to add!!! That they are charging $600 more for a ring they also carry at another store... its a polar ice diamond ring. So ladies, shop around before you shop a Charm.

I love Charms.....DH got me a beautiful guess watch from there...a beautiful diamond necklace...my engagement ring and my wedding band...all from the same sales lady througout our 6 years together before we got married...she was always happy and helpful and gave DH a great deal...loved them..we would have got DH's wedding band there too..but the ring he had picked out they couldn't get...but they sure tried everything to get it for us...I do have my eye on an anniversary band one day and diamond earrings too..lol...I highly recommend them to anyone...
So happy to be married to my best friend....
