| FH finally have our entire honeymoon booked!! HAWAII HERE WE COME! Our flight return from Vancouver to Honolulu through westjet came to $868 total! What a deal eh?? We're spending 10 nights in Oahu.. on the east coast where the beaches are less busy but is still close to honolulu.. here is the place we're staying at:   
The bathtub is a whirl pool with a window looking out.. and the shower has a door to the outside and a window.. cool huh!

These are the awesome views we get from the 50" patio!!
Then we spend six nights on Kauai.. here is our place:   
we get two patios.. one is 50 square feet and the other 45 square feet!!
  
The bedroom has its own patio leading out to the palm tree yard
Both places we get the ENTIRE house.. no other people to disturb our peaceful, romantic hawaiian honeymoon!!! We're spending a little more $$ than anticipated.. but we deserve it after we just spent the last two years of our life living in a dingy one bedroom apartment 4500km from home! I'M JUST SO FRIGGEN EXCITED!! CANT WAIT!!

Actually no! its not bad at all!! You can definately do hawaii on a shoestring!
The return flight from Vancouver to Honolulu is only $868 for the both of us, taxes included!!! Then we are splurging a little on the places were staying.. it totals $2400! The car rental will be about $450. Then for food/tickets etc! SOOO in all, it will probably be just a little over $5000!
But you have to consider that we ARE going for 16 nights.. so if someone was just going to go for a week or ten days, you could almost cut the cost in half!
The thing with Hawaii.. if you dont stay in the MAIN city you can save HUGE! and you just have to do your searching around to find the best place for the best price! FH and I looked at probably 2000 rental properties over the last month and finally decided on these two! SUPER stoked!
