my FH and I fell in love with a set of wedding bands before we got engaged but they were too expensive at peoples and so I forgot about them. When we went to have my E-ring designed I didn't think about a wedding band and when we went to choose our W-bands we casually mentioned what we had seen and said we were looking for something similar and he made exactly what we wanted. My problem is now that my rings don't look good together. Any suggestions on what to do?

How come they don't look good together?
Hmm... You could take both rings back and explain your concerns. It might mean the ring designer has to make a new one, but then you would have what you want.

my e-ring is exactly what I want and I totally love it, it's a very narrow band and the w-band is much thicker so they look weird together. My mother keeps telling me I'll just move my e-ring to my right hand.

| I don't think they have to match as long as you like how they look together. Post a pic of them together and maybe we can help you!

To me it was important that they look good together since I will be wearing them for the rest of my life. But, there really are no "rules" about it. If you want that specifit wedding band, I would say, just go for it! Who cares, really? Its your rings.

| if you're in love with both your w-ring and your e-ring and you feel that you want to keep them both, then you should. if they really look "mismatched" and it bothers you, i agree with your mom, move your e-ring to your right hand.

these are our rings but for my e-ring the band is round not square and the stones are princess cut. and for the w-ring the bands are all white.
