| so.. i feel really bad... i totally forgot one very important person in my review!!! PAULINE BLACOE of shine travel... my Travel agent!! OPPS!! So, i checked around for prices as well all do. I went to everyone company that i could think of to get pricing. It came down to 2 TA's that specaliize in DW's. Megan Crouse and Pauline. I ended up going with Pauline.. her price was better and i had an all around nice feeling about it. Pauline was amazing... she did everything!! She even booked my wedding with the WC. I only had to finish filling out the paper work. It was GREAT!!! i found her easily reachable via email... often within a few minutes thanks to her blackberry that she carries with her everywhere. I also found her easy to get on the phone... but did hear from some of my guest that they had trouble... however, the people that complained are the types that complain about everything!! We had a small issue with a guest being injured at the resort and i have been getting emails and copies of emails that pauline has been sending to and from sunquest. She is doing an great job attending to my guests problems!! and trying to get them compenstated in the proper way. She even tried to come to the wedding!! I was blown away... it was just amazing service!! i felt like i was talking to a friend everytime i called and even though i knew she had a ton of other brides and trips.. i always felt like mine was the most important everytime i called or emailed... that is top notch service in my books (i like to feel important...lololol) I LOVED dealing with Pauline and will hopefully deal with her again for our next trip in FEB!!! She is on here... so THANKS AGAIN PAULINE!!
