| So as some of you know, FH and I have been looking for a house for a little while now and on Thursday we made an offer on one. The sellers gave us a scare by not coming home that night so we had to wait until 10 pm last night for them to meet with their agent. This morning we got a call and we went in and signed the papers! Apparently there had been several second showings and someone had tried to make an offer last night but they were holding to hear back from us. We take possession July 17, wahoo! The garage will NOT be staying that colour for long hahah

| congrats! The house looks like it has lots of windows! To me, that is important. I also love that it has a front yard and space between you and your neighbours! Looks lovely! What colour do you think you will paint the garage? hehehe -Marianne
