| So finally FH and I found a place and got a great deal on it because it needs some work( but FH is a drywaller so that is what he does!) The inspection was yesterday and everything went well so it is ours!!!! We get the keys on May 20th which is so so so soon, but we don't have to move into it right away so we can just take our time painting and fixing it  Now I guess we need to get some furniture for it!!!! yay! Here is a pic

| Thank you!!!! It is located in Pickering, pretty close to the scarborough-pickering border. I work downtown so I didn't want too be much more east. We can visit the house 2 more times before we get the keys so I think we are going to set that up sometime soon and take a bunch of pictures
