Yay that is so exciting! I moved out when I was 18 (to go to school) and I don't think I could ever go back! I love my parents but I love having my own place as well. Its also great that you guys are getting a completely new place! When FH and I first talked about moving in together I was going to move into his apartment but then I feared he would still see it as "his" and not "ours". We ended up getting a new place and its wonderful. Are you going to post pictures of your new place???

I probably will post pics once we're all settled in!

If you like the place, I am glad you're going to go for it. One caution though...you know the new door, fridge and other improvements that you mentioned were going to be done before you got there? MAKE SURE you get those written into the lease with a finish date before you sign it. Otherwise, they may never happen..I speak from experience here.

Good luck with the move!

Thanks! Good tip. I never thought of that. I will be sure to get that in writing.
