mom got them at the walmart for me and they were $11.97 as the price tag says on it. They are called "Answer" - predicts your 2 most fertile days -and you get 7 of them in the box. If you get 2 pink lines, you've detected your LH surge ..... lol oh geez .. now I'm praying for 2 different kinds of pink lines... great!! LOL

| The box should tell you when to start testing based on the usual length of your cycle. Keep in mind that you aren't just looking for any second line, but a line that is as dark or darker than the control line. Also test at the same time of the day and try for early afternoon. These tests pick up the luteinizing hormone which is produced during sleep and metabolized in the morning, so it doesn't always show up in the first morning urine. Good luck!

Keep in mind that you aren't just looking for any second line, but a line that is as dark or darker than the control line. Also test at the same time of the day and try for early afternoon. I actually heard the opposite... that it could give a false + result if you test in the morning. They recommend that you test in the afternoon or evening, same time every day. I was testing in the evening and when it was + I then dragged DH to bed! LOL!
WesteeMama is right, you're not only looking for 2 lines but for the test line to be darker than the control line.

Some women even test twice a day but that gets expensive unless you can get internet cheapies.

| I started using one at the beginning of the month that I conceived! I saw the sticky CM stuff and took the test and it was positive so we baby danced and 2 weeks later I was pg!!! Good Luck to you! I swear by them now!As you actually feel more in control at least I did... Baby dust- Christina
