Starting weight: 225 (as of jan. 1) Current weight: 182 Goal weight: 150 43 pounds gone, 6 inches off my waist, fitting into clothes haven't fit into for almost two years. Only 32 pounds to go!!! HOW DID YOU DO THAT?
Blissfully married since August 4th, 2007 Hoping for our first little miracle!

Well.. I haven't weighed myself lately.. but I have been going thorugh rough emotional times and can guarantee there has been some weight loss.. I will fill you guys in when I know for sure!!!

| I missed my weigh in on Saturday (my back was extremly sore so I skipped my day @ the gym & therefore no weigh in). I did however risk getting on my mom's scale & was down 1lb from my last weigh in (so that makes 216lbs). Weight loss should be easier, but for some reason it's not I hope everyone has a good week & stays on track! *Oh I was REALLY bad this weekend, I had an Orea & Cookie Dough Blizzard on Saturday night!!!!

HOW DID YOU DO THAT? It honestly wasn't easy! i was going to the gym four times a week for sometimes 2 hours at a time. I cut everything out of my diet, i lived on water, chicken, salads, and veggies. If i had to have a pop i had diet, i also cut out sugar, in coffee i took sweetners instead. It worked! But now I NEED HELP. I started work again two weeks ago and have only made it to the gym since once. I am finding it really hard cause i am working evening, after my Fh gets home so this way we don't need to pay for daycare. Normally i went to the gym in the evenings. and now on my days off my fiance and i are always busy doing something since we don't see eachother much any more. I know i could go to the gym during the day but with the two kids, it's really hard to get them there since i don't drive and then i have to pay like $5 a day for the daycare that my gym provides. I have tried doing some excerising around the house before work but it's just not the same as hitting the gym. God this all must sounds like a bunch of excuses of not going to teh gym, but i truely miss it. The only good thing about me being back to work is i don't munch like i would if i was at home. actually i have to force myself to eat now, since i am always on the go i don't seem to get hungry anymore. i guess it really was just boredom when i was eating at home. So my goal for next week is to try to fit in the gym atleast twice and see if i can the week after fit in three times. crossing fingers. To all you other girl KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

OK here I go:
Current weight-215 Goal weight -170 Height 5 foot 10 inches
I was down 5 lbs but i was put on bed rest a few weeks back, adn they just jumped right back on. FH and I are starting to go for walks with our daughter every night, adn I have an elliptical trainer, but so far nothing. I am such a fussy eater, I don't eat veggies at all. Never have, never will. But I think the walking will help tremendously, tonight we went for 2 hours, pulling a wagon for about half of that. I guess I should start drinking more water, I have already started eating more fruits when I get hungry but I crave munching...sigh...well, back next week!
